In an effort to assist those who shy away from seeking the legal help they need due to the perceived monetary expense, Ms. Marsh offers a low cost telephone consultation for as little as $129. This program covers telephone conversations only and Ms. Marsh does not take credit card information over the phone.

If a telephone consultation requires the review, revision, or preparation of a letter, or other legal document, that may be a separate and chargeable expense. If you need Ms. Marsh to review a 1 to 3 page document and then discuss that document with you during a telephone consult, the cost is typically just $199 (e.g., 10 minutes to review and 20 minutes to discuss). If you have a document that is 3 to 6 pages that needs to be reviewed and then discussed during a telephone consult, the cost is typically $399 (e.g. 20-30 minutes to review and notate and 30 minutes to discuss). If your document is 6 or more pages, Ms. Marsh asks that you Email her your document along with your question(s) so she can provide you with an accurrate price quote.

How The Telephone Consultation Works.

Step 1. Schedule an Appointment, where you will be asked to provide your basic contact information, the opposing side if applicable, and your question(s). If your matter involves a landlord tenant, neighbor, or employment dispute we ask that you provide us with the name of the "Opposing Side" so Ms. Marsh can ensure that she does not provide advice to that person in the future.

Step 2. Select the consultation length: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 Hour and when you want Ms. Marsh to call.

Step 3. Accept the terms of Ms. Marsh's simple Retainer Agreement.

Step 4. Remit payment by any major credit card through a secure page on the web site. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone.

Step 5. The hard part... Wait for Ms. Marsh to call. Ms. Marsh will personally call you the SAME DAY unless the time window you selected when you paid had already begun, in which case she will call you the following day at the time you select.

Please note that Ms. Marsh offers the telephone consultation at a greatly reduced rate to provide all individuals access to quality legal advice at a reasonable price.
