3 / 15 Day Notices to Pay Rent require an individual to be at a physical address from 9am to 5pm during the 3 / 15 Day Notice time period to physically accept the rent, if you are allowing the payment of rent to be delivered in person. Please note that if personal delivery is not permitted, the tenant will have an additional 5 days to mail the rent.

3 Day Notices require an individual to be at a physical address from 9am to 5pm during the 3 Day Notice time period to physically accept the rent. For $100 we will assign a paralegal to be available to receive the rent from your tenant at our office.

Terms:

For a flat fee of $500, Client is hereby retaining Ms. Marsh, a California Attorney, to prepare a Residential 3 or 15 Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit along with the required state and local notices and service instructions for landlord to serve the tenant residing at the rental property address in Los Angeles County imputed above. Client hereby agrees to pay Ms. Marsh $500 for Ms. Marsh to prepare the Notice which will be delivered to Client by email in PDF format along with instructions on how to serve the Notice. Client further understands that the preparation of the 3 or 15 Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit and attendant state and local notices (if required) and service instructions, does not obligate Ms. Marsh to continue to represent the Client in any subsequent request. Client further acknowledges and understands that Ms. Marsh will not be representing the Client in court and that if Client desires such representation Client will need to sign a separate retainer agreement. After you submit the above information and remit payment of ($500) so Ms. Marsh can begin the preparation of a proper Residential Three or Fifteen Day Notice To Pay Rent or Quit in compliance with your rent control jurisdiction and Section 8 (where applicable), Ms. Marsh will contact you at the telephone number you enter above for the additional information required.
